These Terms of Service govern use of the TaskyHub website and the TaskyHub SaaS platform. TaskyHub provides workflow automation, integrations, workspace-aware operations, and agentic workflow features.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TaskyHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

2. Description of the service

TaskyHub is a software service for workflow automation, orchestration, AI-assisted actions, integrations, and workspace-level operational management. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for protecting your credentials, tokens, and any access granted to your workspace.
• You may not use TaskyHub for abuse, unauthorized access, malware, spam, unlawful automation, or activity that harms the platform or other users.
• You are responsible for the workflows, prompts, integration settings, and content you configure in your workspace.

4. Fair use and rate limits

To protect service quality, TaskyHub may apply reasonable usage limits, concurrency controls, or rate limits. If a workspace causes unusual load, abuse, or instability, we may throttle, restrict, or suspend the affected usage.

5. Intellectual property

TaskyHub and its software, branding, site content, and service design remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your content, workflows, prompts, and workspace data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

6. Third-party services and integrations

TaskyHub may connect to third-party services such as Google and other integration providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

TaskyHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect compatibility with every third-party provider, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, TaskyHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or stability risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a clearly abusive way. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TaskyHub after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
