Healthcare data deserves care. This page describes how TaskyMed is designed. It does not claim certifications we do not hold—where an external audit or accreditation applies, we'll say so explicitly and name it.
The controls, in plain terms
Role-based access control
Permissions follow the role. A pharmacist, a biller and a physician each get a scoped view—data and actions the task needs, no more.
Tenant isolation
Each organisation's data is isolated from every other. Access is gated at more than one layer, not just the UI.
Audit trail
Administrative and clinical actions are recorded. The administration workspace includes an audit view for compliance teams.
Data minimisation
Workspaces request the fields a task needs rather than the whole record by default, which keeps exposure narrow.
Built for India
Designed around Indian healthcare workflows and national interoperability directions such as ABDM. We describe alignment, not accreditation we don't have.
Deployment options
Cloud-hosted, or aligned to your infrastructure and data-residency requirements. This is agreed during onboarding.
Clinical Assistant boundaries
The Clinical Assistant is deliberately limited. It works from your organisation's approved knowledge base and standard operating procedures (retrieval-augmented generation), and it assists with dictation and workflow at the point of care.
It does not:
- Diagnose patients
- Perform autonomous triage
- Replace clinical judgement
- Generate unsupported clinical decisions
- Guarantee clinical outcomes
Every suggestion is reviewable. The clinician decides and signs.
The public website
This marketing website is a static site. It does not hold patient or clinical data. The only information it collects is what you enter in the demo/contact form, which is used to respond to your enquiry. See the privacy policy for details, including how enquiries are handled if they are passed into TaskyMed's internal systems.
