Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the TaskyMed marketing website only. It is a static website and does not hold patient records or clinical data. TaskyMed's product (the Health OS used inside healthcare organisations) is governed by separate agreements with each organisation and is not covered here.

2. Information we collect

• Enquiry details you submit. When you use the demo/contact form, we collect the fields you provide: organisation name and type, your name and role, work email, phone (optional), approximate facility size, city/state/country, areas of interest, preferred contact method, and any message.
• Campaign context. If you arrive from a campaign link, the form records the landing page, referrer and any UTM parameters so we can understand which of our channels are useful.
• Consent record. Whether you accepted this policy at submission, and the policy version.

We ask you not to enter patient or clinical information in the form, and the form warns against it.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and follow up about TaskyMed. Campaign context is used in aggregate to evaluate our marketing. We do not sell your information.

4. Demo enquiries & TaskyMed internal systems

Where enabled, a demo enquiry is passed once into TaskyMed's internal customer-relationship system as a marketing lead, tagged with its source (this website) and campaign context. That system performs deduplication and consent checks. An enquiry is never automatically turned into a customer account, and the website never has access to TaskyMed's internal records.

If online submission is not enabled in a given environment, your details are handled by email instead, and the form tells you so rather than implying a submission succeeded.

5. Sharing

We share enquiry details only with the TaskyMed team handling your request and with infrastructure providers that operate our systems under contract. We disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

7. Cookies & local storage

This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use your browser's local storage for small conveniences (for example, remembering a chosen tab). Privacy-conscious usage events are dispatched only within the page and are not sent to a third-party analytics service unless a consented analytics integration is explicitly enabled.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email the address below and we'll action it.
